Direct metal casting technique for ZCAST on bent pipe
The invention discloses a direct metal casting technique for ZCAST on a bent pipe. The technique comprises the following steps: (1) designing dies and exhaust holes of parts by three-dimensional CAD software; (2) manufacturing a rapid die prototype model on a three-dimensional printer by ZCAST powder; (3) drying the rapid die, solidifying the dried rapid die and constituting the die; (4) pouring a metallic solution; and (5) removing the die and sparks to obtain metal parts. The beneficial effect of the technique is that various mechanical properties can be obviously improved.
