Lime discharging device
The invention discloses a lime discharging device. The lime discharging device comprises a lime kiln, a support frame as well as a movable guide rail chair, a sliding rail, a lime bucket, a lifting machine, a steel wire rope, an output device and a movable hydraulic trolley. Compared with the prior art, the lime discharging device has the advantages that the movable guide rail chair is inserted into the lime skin, the lifting machine is started, the lime bucket is pulled to roll downwards on the guide rail by virtue of the steel wire rope, the lime bucket is full of lime when the lime bucket gets in the lime kiln, then the lifting machine rotates reversely, the steel wire rope pulls the lime bucket out of the lime kiln, and when the lime bucket is pulled into the top of the guide rail, the lime bucket automatically inclines and pours lime onto the transmission belt, and the lime is transported to a specified position, so that manual operation is replaced, harm of the lime to a worker is avoided, and the worker cannot die due to asphyxia as the lime kiln is lack of the air.
