The invention relates to cement for ocean engineering, and belongs to the technical field of cement production. The cement for ocean engineering is characterized in that the cement for ocean engineering is prepared through a clinker procedure and a cement procedure, wherein in the clinker procedure, raw materials comprise components in percentage by weight as follows: 87.0%-89.0% of limestone, 5.1%-7.3% of sandstone and 5.5%-6.5% of iron ore; components in the cement procedure comprise, in percentage by weight, 94.0%-96.0% of clinker and 4.0%-6.0% of flue gas desulfurization gypsum. The cement can be widely applied to land reclamation for embankment construction, harbor wharfs, ocean bridges, reservoir dams, water tunnels, culvert water diversion engineering and river bridge foundation engineering, can also be applied to industrial and civil building engineering with corrosion resistance requirements and has the advantages of sea water intrusion resistance, sea water impact resistance, frost and drying shrinkage resistance, medium and low hydration heat and the like.
