Tower-type machine-made sand preparation and grading adjustment system
The invention provides a tower-type machine-made sand preparation and grading adjustment system which comprises a bucket elevator, a vibratory feeder, a shaping sand maker, a dynamic powder selector, a static powder selector, a mechanical vibration screen, a return belt, a mix humidifier, a finished product belt, a dust collecting system, a system draught fan and a central control unit, wherein the bucket elevator elevates large-particle-size stone to be treated into the sand maker to perform crushing; the crushed material enters the dynamic and static powder selectors through the vibratory feeder; the powder enters the dust collecting system; the fine material enters the mix humidifier as a final finished product material; the coarse material is returned, crushed and shaped or enters the mechanical vibration screen according to different proportions; the oversize material of the vibration screen is returned, crushed and shaped, so that the obtained machine-made sand product is repeatedly shaped and crushed; and the undersize material is returned, crushed and shaped or enters the mix humidifier according to different proportions as the final finished product material.
