Carbon fiber cloth pretreatment method for concrete reinforcement
The invention discloses a carbon fiber cloth pretreatment method for concrete reinforcement. The method comprises the following pretreatment steps of absolute ethyl alcohol solution soaking, a sodium hydroxide solution soaking, phosphate solution soaking, ground magnesium oxide turbid liquid soaking and carbon fiber cloth airing. According to the pretreatment method, the impurities adhered to the surface of carbon fibers can be removed, and the phosphate dissolved in water can be adsorbed to gaps among carbon fiber monofilaments by virtue of a capillary action. When magnesia-phosphate cement is used for adhesion, a hydration product, namely magnesium ammonium phosphate hexahydrate, of the magnesia-phosphate cement is induced to enter the carbon fibers by virtue of the residual phosphate in the carbon fiber cloth, so that the carbon fiber monofilaments can be effectively adhered. Meanwhile, the hydration products distributed among the carbon fiber monofilaments can be bonded with the magnesia-phosphate cement in an ionic bond form, the mechanical bonding effect between the magnesia-phosphate cement and the surface of the carbon fiber cloth is improved, and the bonding strength between the magnesia-phosphate cement and the carbon fiber cloth is improved.
