The invention relates to a preparation method of a low-shrinkage concrete hollow wall partition board. The method comprises the steps: adding a shrinkage reducing agent in a preparation process of concrete of the hollow wall partition board; respectively performing low-temperature steam curing and high-temperature steam curing before and after demoulding of the formed concrete hollow wall partition board; performing spraying maintenance by utilizing a shrinkage reducing agent solution after steam curing is completed; performing carbonization treatment after the concrete hollow wall partition board is dried so that internal shrinkage stress of the concrete of a hardening wall board is reduced by reducing concrete microscopic pore solution surface tension of the concrete hollow wall partition board and improving a concrete microscopic pore structure, and the preparation of the low-shrinkage concrete hollow wall partition board is realized. By using the concrete hollow wall partition board prepared by using the preparation method, the drying shrinkage is reduced to 0.1-0.4 mm/m; meanwhile, the carbonization shrinkage of the concrete hollow wall partition board is carried out in advance, so that the crevice occurrence probability of an assembled wall body of the concrete hollow wall partition board is reduced, the quality and the competitiveness of a wall board product are greatly improved, and carbon emission can also be directly reduced by curing carbon dioxide.
