The powdery grinding addition agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 12-18% of triethanolamine, 5-8% of sodium sulfate, 5-15% of sodium lignosulfonate, 20-30% of fly ash, 20-30% of superfine ore and 5-15% of calcium sulfate. The invention aims to provide the composite powdery grinding addition agent for the cement, which improves the strength of the cement and reduces the production cost.
