The invention relates to a cement plastering mortar plasticizer which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of diethanol monoisopropanolamine, 3-15 parts of 2-hydroxy propylamine, 5-25 parts of sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, 8-18 parts of polyethylene glycol monooleate, 1-10 parts of sodium sulfate and 20-40 parts of 5-7% sodium hydroxide solution. According to the cement plastering mortar plasticizer disclosed by the invention, water in pores among mortar aggregates is fully maintained by adopting the polyethylene glycol monooleate, the water-retaining property of the plastering mortar is improved, the shrinkage ratio is greatly reduced, and the cement plastering mortar plasticizer hardly falls off or cracks. According to the plasticizer disclosed by the invention, the mortar comes into full contact with the interface to be adhered to the interface, and the bonding strength is high.
