The invention discloses a chloride-free cement grinding aid and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The chloride-free cement grinding aid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of quick lime, 5-6 parts of diethanolisopropanolamine, 10-15 parts of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 1-2parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-5 parts of triisopropanolamine, 2-5 parts of polycarboxylate, 0.5-1.3 parts of sodium gluconate, 6-12 parts of coal ash and 0.5-1.8 parts of urea. The cement grinding aid is good in stability, has good consistency with cement and has the advantages of improving the fluidity of the cement in the using process, effectively preventing the steel bars in the concrete from being corroded and not causing crack to the concrete after the setting.
