The invention relates to the field of concrete additives, and particularly relates to a concrete antifreezing agent. The concrete antifreezing agent consists of the following ingredients by weight percent: 15 to 22 percent of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 10 to 22 percent of diisopropanol amine, 5 to 10 percent of calcium lignosulphonate, 3 to 5 percent of calcium nitrate, 5 to 12 percent of polyethylene glycol, 3 to 5 percent of a manganese-containing compound and the balance of distilled water, wherein the chemical formula of the manganese-containing compound is C38H32N2O13Mn. The concrete antifreezing agent is prepared by multiple organic materials and inorganic materials, so that the strength of the concrete after being maintained for 7 days at a negative temperature can be remarkably improved. The concrete antifreezing agent and various cements are relatively good in adaptability, and the performance of each material can be maximally realized.
