The invention discloses a novel concrete modifier. The novel concrete modifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.5-6 parts of butadiene, 1.2-3.5 parts of dichloroethene, 1.3-2.6 parts of polyacrylonitrile, 5-10 parts of deionized water, 0.8-2.2 parts of propylparaben, 2.5-3.6 parts of polyamide-chloromethyl ethylene oxide resin and 0.8-1.8 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate. Compared with the existing modifier, by adopting the novel concrete modifier disclosed by the invention, the water reducing ratio is more than 6% and the segregation is obviously reduced; the pumpability and the workability of concrete are obviously improved; when the gas content is not more than 6%, the flexural strength of the concrete can be improved by 10%-30%; the anti-freezing property is improved by more than 10 times; the deicer-scaling resistance is improved by above 5 times; other durabilities, such as resistance to salt crystallization pressure damages, resistance to alkali-aggregate reaction damages and the like, are also obviously improved, the water solubility and the compositeness with other admixtures are good, the service life of the concrete is prolonged and the maintenance cost is reduced.
