The invention relates to a bamboo charcoal-based and cement-based composite humidity conditioning material formed by quick casting and a preparation method of the humidity conditioning material. The humidity conditioning material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-50 parts of bamboo charcoal, 70-150 parts of cement, 0-15 parts of fly ash, 0-10 parts of quartz sand, 0-15 parts of an additive and 20-50 parts of water. The preparation method of the bamboo charcoal-based and cement-based composite humidity conditioning material comprises the following steps: firstly weighing the components in parts by weight, and uniformly mixing the weighed bamboo charcoal, the weighed cement, the weighed fly ash and the weighed quartz sand so as to obtain mixed powder; after uniformly mixing the weighed water and the weighed additive, slowly adding the mixture of the weighed water and the weighed additive to the mixed powder, uniformly stirring the mixture of the weighed water, the weighed additive and the mixed powder so as to obtain plastic slurry capable of flowing, and then casting the plastic slurry into a mold with a definite shape; no vibration, self-leveling, after the surface rendering and the forming, conserving the formed material for 40-120min, and disassembling the mold so as to obtain the humidity conditioning material. Compared with the prior art, the humidity conditioning material disclosed by the invention is simple in the preparation method and wide in raw material sources, the prepared bamboo charcoal-based and cement-based composite humidity conditioning material has the advantages of smooth surface, zero hole, high adsorbability, large humidity conditioning capacity and quick humidity conditioning response and has a good market application value.
