The invention provides an imitation quartz stone cabinet table-board plate. The cabinet table-board plate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.8-1 part of cement, 0.2-0.4 part of fly ash, 0.25-0.4 part of quartz powder, 1.1-1.3 parts of quartz sand, 0.04-0.1 part of PE (poly ethylene) fiber and 0.05-0.07 part of an additive. A preparation process of the imitation quartz cabinet table-board plate comprises the following steps: material mixing, material distributing, forming, demoulding, steam-curing, cutting, thickness setting, rough polishing, osmosis treatment, fine polishing, inspection, package and warehousing. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the imitation quartz cabinet table-board plate has the advantages that the imitation quartz cabinet table-board plate is lighter than a stone, and the weight of the imitation quartz cabinet table-board plate is less than 1/5 of that of the natural stone; the imitation quartz cabinet table-board plate is healthy and environment-friendly, durable, quick in manufacture, low in cost and high in produce grade and has the characteristics of being free of toxicity and deformation and resistant to high temperature.
