The invention relates to a preparation method of building material concrete. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is characterized by comprising the following steps of: weighing the raw materials including cement, concrete composite additives, sand, stone, water, polypropylene fiber and a naphthalene water reducer; and putting the cement, the concrete composite additives and 100 ml of water into a concrete stirrer to stir, continuously stirring by adding the sand, the stone, the polypropylene fiber, the naphthalene water reducer and 125 ml of water, and stirring to obtain the concrete. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being easy to purchase concrete raw materials, simple in production process and simple and easy to produce products; the concrete prepared by the method is used conveniently and uniformly in the use process; the production stability is satisfied; and the quality of the prepared concrete is ensured.
