High-strength aerocrete building block and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength aerocrete building block and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength aerocrete building block is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of oil shale ash, 14-18 parts of yellow phosphorus furnace slag, 10-15 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 5-10 parts of carbide slag, 8-12 parts of quicklime, 7-11 parts of activated sludge dry powder, 5-10 parts of magnesia, 2-3 parts of sodium citrate, 1-2 parts of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 2-3 parts of calcium lignosulphonate, 1.5-2.5 parts of lithium magnesium silicate, 3-5 parts of acrylon pulp and 1-2 parts of modified aluminum powder. The acrylon pulp, activated sludge dry powder, magnesia and other raw materials are added to obviously enhance the mechanical strength and dimensional stability of the aerocrete building block. The aerocrete building block has the characteristics of high compressive strength, light volume weight, favorable sound insulation property, low heat conductivity coefficient, favorable thermal-insulation and energy-saving effects, high quality, low price, wide raw material sources and the like; and the production technique is simple and easy to operate, and can implement industrialized production.
