Preparing method for environment-friendly silicate chemical grouting liquid and grouting gel
The present invention relates to a method for preparing environmentally-friendly silicate grouting liquid and grouting gel. The silicate grouting liquid and the grouting gel are mixed and used for grouting so as to form a diaphragm wall after perforating ground. The method includes: the steps of: adding water to meta sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) in the 0.8-1 volume ratio of the meta sodium silicate to prepare sodium disilicate (Na2Si2O5); diluting one among glyoxal based, acetate based, and ester based organic compounds into water and preparing a negative catalyst organic compound; and mixing the sodium disilicate with the negative catalyst organic compound in a weight ratio of 7-8:1 and preparing the environmentally-friendly silicate grouting liquid.
