The invention relates to a ceramic product combining celadon and purple clay and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic product is characterized in that the body of the same ceramic product comprises two parts, namely, celadon and purple clay, wherein the celadon body comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-74% of SiO2, 18-23% of Al2O3, 0.1-2% of Fe2O3, 0.3-1% of CaO, 0.3-1% of MgO, 1.5-3% of K2O and 0.5-1.5% of Na2O; and the purple clay comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 55-68% of SiO2, 20-30% of Al2O3, 3-7% of Fe2O3, 0.5-1% of CaO, 0.3-1% of MgO, 1-2.5% of K2O and 0.5-1% of Na2O. Celadon glaze is applied on the surface of the celadon body and no glaze is applied on the surface of the purple clay body. By preparing a purple clay pre-form body adapted to the requirements of a celadon firing process, the ceramic product combining celadon and purple clay is provided so as to achieve the perfect combination of celadon and purple clay.
