NiFe2O4/Bi2Fe4O9 two-phase magnetic composite powder and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a NiFe2O4/Bi2Fe4O9 two-phase magnetic composite powder and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding Bi(NO3)3.5H2O, Fe(NO3)3.9H2O and Ni(NO3)2.6H2O in water, adding citric acid as a chelating agent, stirring to obtain a sol, drying and grinding the sol, and calcining the ground sol at 700-800 DEG C to obtain the NiFe2O4/Bi2Fe4O9 two-phase magnetic composite powder. According to the NiFe2O4/Bi2Fe4O9 two-phase magnetic composite powder and the preparation method thereof, the chelating agent is added, so that a composite powder with good two-phase combinability can be prepared under a lower calcination temperature; furthermore, the preparation method is simple, the energy is saved, and the mass production is facilitated; due to an exchange coupling function, the saturation magnetization intensity of the composite powder is increased from 1.5 emu/g to 6.8 emu/g along the increasing of the mass percentage of NiFe2O4.
