Anti-interference ferrite magnetic core material
The invention discloses an anti-interference ferrite magnetic core material. The anti-interference ferrite magnetic core material is prepared from the following components including a main material and an additive, wherein the main material is prepared from the following components according to the molar ratio: 65-69.4 mol of Fe2O3, 16.6-20.1 mol of manganese oxide, 16.1-18.5 mol of zinc oxide, 1.2-1.5 mol of molybdenum powder, 2.2-2.3 mol of antimony trioxide, 0.4-1 mol of copper powder and 0.01-0.02 mol of chromium-coating carbonyl iron powder; the additive is prepared from the following components, accounting for the weight ratio of the ferrite magnetic core material: 200-600ppm of graphite, 300-500ppm of lanthanum oxide and 100-150ppm of tungsten carbide. According to the anti-interference ferrite magnetic core material disclosed by the invention, the added chromium-coating carbonyl iron powder has high flux ratio under high frequency and ultrahigh frequency, so that the comprehensive properties of finished product are further improved; the anti-interference ferrite magnetic core material has the characteristics of high magnetic energy product, stable magnetism, strong mechanical properties and the like.

According to the anti-interference ferrite magnetic core material disclosed by the invention, the added chromium-coating carbonyl iron powder has high flux ratio under high frequency and ultrahigh frequency, so that the comprehensive properties of finished product are further improved; the anti-interference ferrite magnetic core material has the characteristics of high magnetic energy product, stable magnetism, strong mechanical properties and the like.
