Ultralow-temperature-sintered ultralow-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric ceramic and method for preparing same
The invention discloses ultralow-temperature-sintered ultralow-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric ceramic LiBi2B3O8 and a method for preparing the same. The method comprises the following steps: (1), weighing the initial powder of Li2CO3, Bi2O3 and H3BO3 with the purity of more than 99.9% (weight percentage) according to the composition of LiBi2B3O8 for preparation; (2), performing wet ball milling on the raw materials in step (1) and mixing for twelve hours, wherein the ball milling medium is anhydrous ethanol, drying and then pre-sintering in an air atmosphere of 520 DEG C for six hours; (3), adding binder in the powder obtained in step (2) and granulating, molding by compression, and finally, sintering under an air atmosphere of 570 to 620 DEG C for four hours, wherein the binder is polyvinyl alcohol solution of which the mass concentration is 5%, and the amount of the polyvinyl alcohol added accounts for 3% of the total mass of the powder. The ceramic prepared by the method is sintered well, has a dielectric constant as high as 8.3 to 8.8 and a quality factor Qf as high as 112,000 to 151,000GHz, and is small in temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, so that the ceramic has a great application value in the industry.
