Preparation method of barium zirconate titanate powder
The invention relates to a preparation method of barium zirconate titanate powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a zirconium oxychloride-titanium tetrachloride mixed solution, wherein the mole ratio of Zr<4+> to Ti<4+> in the mixed solution is x:(1-x); adding an alkaline solution into a barium chloride solution to prepare a barium hydroxide suspension; under stirring conditions, dropwisely adding the barium hydroxide suspension into the zirconium oxychloride-titanium tetrachloride mixed solution to obtain a mixed solution; adding an alkaline solution into the mixed solution to regulate the pH value of the mixed solution to 12.8-13.2, thereby obtaining a barium zirconate titanate precursor solution; heating the barium zirconate titanate precursor solution at constant temperature under ordinary pressure to obtain spherical barium zirconate titanate; and washing the spherical barium zirconate titanate with deionized water until the specific area of the barium zirconate titanate is 7-11 m<2>/g, filtering, and drying to obtain the barium zirconate titanate powder. The method has the advantages of mild preparation conditions, large particle size and favorable dispersity.
