Jun porcelain firing process
The invention relates to a jun porcelain firing process, which comprises the following procedures: ore dressing, crushing, weathering, sieving, pre-sintering, slurry mixing, pugging, staling, pugging again, throwing and forming, biscuiting, glazing, glaze firing and the like. Compared with a traditional technological process, the ore dressing, pre-sintering, slurry mixing, staling and biscuiting procedures are respectively researched and improved in detail; a perfect jun porcelain product can be obtained through the jun porcelain firing process disclosed by the invention; and the rejection rate of jun porcelain in firing engineering is greatly reduced.
