Method for preparing high-transparency transparent electrooptic ceramics by performing composite vacuum-oxygen hot pressed sintering
The invention provides a method for preparing high-transparency transparent electrooptic ceramics by performing composite vacuum-oxygen hot pressed sintering. The method comprises the following steps: performing segmented presintering on biscuits of transparent electrooptic ceramics, and performing hot pressed sintering under an oxygen atmosphere, at the temperature of 1200-1280 DEG C and under the pressure of 20-60MPa so as to obtain the high-transparency transparent electrooptic ceramics. The key process, namely the oxygen atmosphere exchange in the preparation process of the transparent electrooptic ceramics, is independently controlled step by step through vacuum-oxygen atmosphere alternating treatment, air among biscuit powder particles of the ceramics is replaced with oxygen, which is favorable for eliminating closed pores for the ceramics during densification, and finally the preparation of the high-transparency large-size transparent electrooptic ceramics is realized.
