Application method of reworked material of used alumina-magnesia-carbon ladle lining bricks
The invention relates to a method for preparing blast-furnace tapping channel castable by partially adopting the reworked material particles of used alumina-magnesia-carbon ladle lining bricks, belonging to the field of blast furnace ironmaking. In order to solve the waste of recyclable raw materials and the defect in the study and application of the used ladle lining material, the invention provides a method for preparing blast-furnace tapping channel castable by partially adopting the reworked material particles of used alumina-magnesia-carbon ladle lining bricks. According to the method, the blast-furnace tapping channel castable is prepared based on the composition of the original alumina-based blast-furnace tapping channel castable without reclaimed material and by adopting silicon nitride-boron carbide as a composite additive and the reclaimed material particles of the ladle lining bricks of 8-5mm, 5-3mm and 3-1mm as a substitute and by adopting the second-level or third-level reclaimed material particles to jointly replace the alumina clinker particles. The dosage of the reclaimed material in the castable is not lower than 30%, and the resistance to the erosion of blast furnace slag is not lower than that of the original alumina-based blast-furnace tapping channel castable.
