High-radiation wear-resistant energy-saving coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-radiation wear-resistant energy-saving coating and a preparation method thereof. The high-radiation wear-resistant energy-saving coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-50% of MnO2, 20-45% of Fe2O3, 10-25% of Cr2O3, 3-8% of CuO, 2-10% of NiO, 2-10% of ZrO2, 2-10% of TiO2, 2-5% of SiO2, 0.1-1% of Ce2O3, 0.1-1% of Ln2O3, 0.1-1% of La2O3 and 0.05-0.8% of Y2O3. The high-radiation wear-resistant energy-saving coating is obtained by the steps of batching, ball milling, baking, quenching, stoving, grinding, ball milling and stoving. The high-radiation wear-resistant energy-saving coating adopts the high-emissivity raw material, takes aluminium oxide and phosphate as binding agents, not only improves the thermal shock resistance, but also effectively solves the problems that the traditional infrared coating has high possibility of dropping, is unstable, low in high temperature emissivity, and the like, and can be suitable for objects, such as a pulverized coal furnace, with a washing environment.
