Glass fiber based composite absorbing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of processing of glass fibers and particularly relates to a glass fiber based composite absorbing material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing mixed liquor containing barium citrate and mixed liquor containing iron citrate, mixing the mixed liquor containing barium citrate with the mixed liquor containing iron citrate according to a molar ratio of 1: (8-13), regulating the pH of the mixed liquor to 5-9 by using ammonia water, and then heating at 80-100 DEG C for 2-5 hours to generate wet gel; placing glass fibers with surfaces roughened in the wet gel, coating the surfaces of the glass fiber with a layer of wet gel, and drying the glass fibers coated with the wet gel to form glass fibers coated with the wet gel; maintaining the temperature of the glass fibers coated with the wet gel at 600-800 DEG C for 1-3 hours, and then cooling; placing the barium ferrite/glass fiber composite material in an impregnating compound, taking out the barium ferrite/glass fiber composite material and drying. The glass fiber based composite absorbing material provided by the invention has good mechanical properties and electromagnetic wave absorption properties.

The glass fiber based composite absorbing material provided by the invention has good mechanical properties and electromagnetic wave absorption properties.
