Asbestos-carbon fiber ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) slab and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an asbestos-carbon fiber ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) slab and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a, oleic acid, triethanolamine and water are subjected to first mixing to prepare soluble oil; b, an aluminum source, a foaming agent and water are subjected to second mixing to prepare aluminum powder suspension; c, cement, lime, sand, gypsum, the asbestos, the carbon fiber, phenol formaldehyde resin, expanded vermiculite, blue brick particles, iron oxide and water are subjected to third mixing in the presence of a magnetic field with the magnetic field intensity of 0.002-0.003T, and then the soluble oil and the aluminum powder suspension are added for fourth mixing to prepare slurry; and d, reinforcing meshes are woven by rebars coated with asphalt on the surfaces, the slurry is poured between multiple layers of reinforcing meshes, and steel fiber ALC slab is prepared through aeration, wherein the aluminum source adopts aluminum powder or aluminum paste, and the foaming agent adopts one or more of nekal, peregal, saponin powder, paraffin soap and laundry detergent. The asbestos-carbon fiber ALC slab has excellent mechanical strength, density and frost resistance.
