Super-hydrophobic foam ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides super-hydrophobic foam ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing the following raw materials by weight percent: 10-28% of ceramic clay, 10-28% of SiO2, 5-15% of acrylamide, 2-10% of an N,N-methylene bisacrylamide solvent and the balance of water and a tert-butyl alcohol solution, adding the raw materials into a ball mill, and performing ball-milling for 4 hours to prepare pulp; 2, weighing 20-50 g of the pulp, adding 0.01-1 ml of n-butyl alcohol into the pulp, adding 0.1-1 ml of an initiator-ammonium persulfate, stirring for 0.1-10 minutes, adding 0.01-0.5 ml of a catalyst-tetramethylethylenediamine, stirring for 1-60 minutes, pouring into a mould, and injecting; 3, drying; 4, sintering; 5, producing a high-temperature hydrolysis reaction on a ceramic surface by a silane compound at the hydrolysis temperature of not lower than 20-70 DEG C to prepare the super-hydrophobic foam ceramic. The preparation method is simple in equipment, low in cost, simple in process, good in repeatability and suitable for large-scale production.
