The invention discloses a surface treatment method for an enamel dielectric for an ozone generator. Metal aluminum and nitrogen elements are subjected to ion implantation on the surface of the enamel dielectric. The surface treatment method comprises the concrete steps of S1, carrying out enamel machining on the enamel dielectric to ensure that the outer surface of enamel meets the requirements for the regulated diameter, flatness and smoothness; S2, checking the breakdown voltage of the enamel dielectric; and S3, delivering the enamel dielectric meeting the requirements into an ion implanter to carry out ion implantation on the metal aluminum and nitrogen elements. Aluminum (Al) and chemical element nitrogen (N) are implanted on the surface of the enamel dielectric by using an ion implantation method on the basis of the enamel dielectric, so that the surface of the enamel dielectric has the characteristic of alumina ceramic, the advantages of low cost and favorable machining performance of enamel are considered, the surface of the enamel has the ceramic-like performance, the physical strength and chemical property of the surface of the enamel are improved, and the surface of enamel has higher corrosion resistance and arc resistance.
