The invention relates to an asphalt additional-paving composite structure on an old concrete road at an urban intersection and an additional paving method. The asphalt additional-paving composite structure comprises an epoxy asphalt macadam seal layer, a hot-rolled asphalt macadam protecting layer, a modified emulsified asphalt binding layer and a high-viscosity asphalt macadam surface layer which are sequentially paved on the surface of the old concrete in the bottom-up direction. The asphalt additional-paving composite structure can improve the bonding and shear performances between an old concrete pavement at the urban intersection and an additional-paving layer, reduce the thickness of an asphalt additional-paving layer, increase the bearing capacity and service life of an old concrete modified pavement at the intersection, and inhibit the generation of cracks and wheel ruts.
