Light-weight steel-concrete structured bridge
The invention relates to a light-weight steel-concrete structured bridge, and belongs to the building. The light-weight steel-concrete structured bridge is technically characterized in that the light-weight steel-concrete structured bridge is closely combined with a steel structure and also closely combined with a steel-concrete structure. An upper surface layer and a lower surface layer of the bridge are respectively a tensile structured layer which is identical to the steel-concrete structure, but a reinforcing steel bar is replaced by a prestress steel stranded band, the strength is doubled compared with the original reinforcing steel bar, and the consumption can be reduced by 50 percent. An intermediate layer is a bending-resisting structured layer, the structure mechanics theory of the steel structure is introduced, the intermediate layer is changed to a hollow rigid structured layer, a thick steel plate in the steel structure is replaced by a thin steel plate, the thin steel plate is made into a convex-concave steel plate, two sides of the thin steel plate are ribbed in the transverse direction to be combined with the concrete, the strength of the thick steel plate can be achieved, and the concave-convex steel plate is applied to the surface of the bridge as a building template and also as a reinforcement stirrup of the bridge. The concave-convex steel plate is made into a simple body, so that the rigidness is multiplied compared with the strength of an opening component. By adopting the light-weight steel-concrete structured bridge, the steel material is saved, a great amount of concrete is also saved, and the weight can be reduced.
