The invention discloses a blowing type urban road lead cleaning device, including a metal flat tubular cavity (2) with an inflation valve (1), and an air compression pump, wherein a row of air outlets (3) inclined to the side of a sidewalk in the horizontal direction are arranged on each of two sides of the cavity (2). A cleaner only needs to inflate the cavity (2) by the air compression pump through the inflation valve (1) at a road crossing, airflow from the air outlets (3) blows leaves and light garbage to the side of the road without being blocked by tires of automobiles parked on the non-motorized vehicle lane, for being further cleaned by the cleaner safely.
