The invention discloses an outflow sluice structure for diversion tunnel. The outflow sluice structure for diversion tunnel comprises a sluice gate well, wherein a flow guiding partition wall is arranged on an inner wall of each of two sides of the sluice gate well, a diversion tunnel is formed in each flow guiding partition wall, a steel sluice gate is arranged on each diversion tunnel, a water drainage device and concrete are respectively arranged on each of side faces of the sluice gate well, a concrete plug is arranged in the concrete, more than one construction branch tunnel is formed in the concrete, two water drainage devices are provided, and the concrete is arranged between the water drainage devices. According to the outflow sluice structure for diversion tunnel provided in the invention, a good drainage and ventilation effect is realized, damage to geology damage can be reduced effectively, difficulties in no traffic lane-based outflow sluice and no condition for the arrangement of an inlet outflow sluice well at an entrance of a diversion tunnel can be better overcame, technical risk in a flow guiding project is reduced greatly, and resources for flow guiding project are provided to a certain extent.
