The invention relates to an artificial bird island and an artificial bird island constructing method. The artificial bird island comprises a closed fencing wall base, supporting mechanisms and a bird island main body, wherein the closed fencing wall base is arranged on bottom mud; the supporting mechanisms are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the fencing wall base; the bird island main body is arranged in the fencing wall base; each supporting mechanism comprises at least three supporting columns of which the lower portions are arranged in the bottom mud and a stereoscopic connecting net structure arranged among the supporting columns; and the bird island main body comprises an island body arranged below a water surface and an island land arranged above the water surface. The artificial bird island is stable in structure; a construction technology is easy and convenient to operate; large machinery is not required; requirements on an operation environment are not high; the artificial bird island can be constructed within a short time; and the cost can be saved.
