Shear type constant force tester and using method thereof
The invention relates to a shear type constant force tester and a using method thereof. The shear type constant force tester comprises a movable cutter plate and a static cutter plate, wherein the movable cutter plate and the static cutter plate are generally of plate-shaped structures, positioning holes and a plurality of insertion holes are formed in the movable cutter plate and the static cutter plate, the movable cutter plate is located above the static cutter plate, the positioning holes and the insertion holes formed in the movable cutter plate correspond to the positioning holes and the insertion holes formed in the static cutter plate, connectors are inserted into the positioning holes to enable the movable cutter plate and the static cutter plate to be connected together, the movable cutter plate and the static cutter plate can use the connectors as the centers to rotate mutually, and calibration parts are inserted into the insertion holes. A limiting part is arranged at the tail end of the movable cutter plate or the static cutter plate and limits rotation angles of the movable cutter plate and the static cutter plate when the movable cutter plate and the static cutter plate rotate along the connectors. The front end of the static cutter plate is connected with a tensioning device, external force is transferred to the tensioning device according to lever and shearing principles, and accordingly pull force is produced in a pull rod. The shear type constant force tester is low in manufacturing cost, convenient to carry, capable of ensuring accuracy, improving effect and saving labor and quick and convenient to operate, and the shortcomings in the prior art are overcome.
