Useless driving prevention cushioning device for hydraulic pile driving hammer
The invention discloses a useless driving prevention cushioning device for a hydraulic pile driving hammer. An integrated valve seat is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of a cylinder body of a hammer lifting oil cylinder, wherein a stopper piece and a guide sleeve are sequentially arranged on a piston rod in an inner cavity of the integrated valve seat from top to bottom in a sleeving manner; the guide sleeve is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the integrated valve seat, and an inner ring of the guide sleeve is in sliding fit with the piston rod; an outer ring and an inner ring of the stopper piece are in sliding fit with the inner wall of the integrated valve seat and the piston rod respectively. According to the device, back pressure is built up by a cushioning cavity between the stopper piece and the guide sleeve under the action of an overflow valve, and acts on the lower end face of the stopper piece to generate resistance to the downward movement of the stopper piece to stop the piston rod from moving downwards and absorb impact on equipment caused by the useless driving of hammerhead, so that the service life of the equipment is prolonged, and construction safety is ensured.
