The invention discloses a water-collecting irrigation device for slope protection in a karst region. Horizontal ditches are formed in the slope needing to be protected in the karst region at intervals. The water-collecting irrigation device comprises a rainwater collecting box and a drip irrigation pipe; in rainy days, rainwater can be automatically filled and stored for later use, and in a less rainfall period, a control valve can be opened to replenish water to the whole slope needing to be protected through the drip irrigation pipe, so that water required for vegetation growth is ensured; the drip irrigation pipe is buried in the lowest layer of the slope needing to be protected, so that a mode of replenishing water from the lower part can be formed in the following seasons needing water replenishment, so as to promote root systems of plants to grow towards the lower sides, and further improve the slope protection effect. In the meantime, water volatilization is reduced under the condition of the same water replenishment amount, and the water consumption and the water conveying cost can be reduced; bulges are built on the lower end of each horizontal ditch, so that the rainwater collecting box is fixed and is prevented from sliding along the slope after being filled with water. The opening end of the rainwater collecting box is set into a plane, so that the area of collecting rainwater is increased and the collecting efficiency is improved.
