The invention provides a rainwater collection and irrigation device, comprising a first impounding reservoir and a second impounding reservoir, wherein a rainwater collecting opening is formed in the first impounding reservoir; a first filter layer is arranged on the lower part of the first impounding reservoir; a first water outlet is formed in the lower part of the first impounding reservoir; a first water inlet which is communicated with the first water outlet is formed in the lower part of the second impounding reservoir; a second filter layer which is arranged above the first water inlet is arranged in the second impounding reservoir; a second water outlet which is arranged above the second filter layer is formed in the second impounding reservoir, and is connected with a water pump device; a water outlet end of the water pump device is connected with an irrigation device. According to the rainwater collection and irrigation device provided by the invention, rainwater resources are effectively utilized; loss of water resources is reduced; the rainwater collection and irrigation device is good in filtering effect, compact in structure, and stable and reliable to work; solar energy is utilized to provide power for irrigation, so that the rainwater collection and irrigation device is environment-friendly.
