The invention provides a splashing preventing and deodorizing pedestal pan. The splashing preventing and deodorizing pedestal pan comprises a seat, and a cover which covers an upper opening of the seat; a circle of air outlets is formed in the inner circumferential edge of the upper opening; the air outlets are arranged at intervals and obliquely sprays air to the upper part of a drainage opening in the seat to form an air curtain; the air outlets are connected with an air runner. The splashing preventing and deodorizing pedestal pan further comprises an airflow supply device for forming airflow in the air runner; the airflow supply device communicates with an air inlet of the air runner and can perform air pumping and spraying modes; the exhaust air is stopped below the air curtain formed by the air sprayed by the air outlets, and therefore, the exhaust air can be prevented from upwards spreading, and meanwhile, excrement can be prevented from splashing.
