The invention discloses a reinforced concrete prefabricated module and an installing method. The reinforced concrete prefabricated module comprises a first prefabricated member and a second prefabricated member in butt joint with the first prefabricated member, wherein a reserved space for embedded steel bars respectively extending out of the insides of the first prefabricated member and the second prefabricated member to be connected is formed by the butt joint ends of the first prefabricated member and the second prefabricated member. Due to the fact that the two prefabricated members are butted to form the reserved space, the reserved space enables the embedded steel bars inside the two prefabricated members to be connected in various steel bar connecting mode including a sleeve grouting mode and a conical sleeve locking mode, and the two prefabricated members can be connected in the multiple connecting assembly modes.
