A flexible film ceiling convenient to dismount and mount comprises a long-strip-shaped fixed keel, and the fixed keel is formed by connecting a top edge, a left side edge, a right side edge and bottom edges. The top edge is a horizontal edge, the left side edge is a vertical edge, and the right side edge is an inclined edge; an acute angle is formed between the right side edge and the top edge; the bottom edges are composed of two inclined edges which are turned up upwards, and a vertical plate is arranged between the two bottom edges; the vertical plate is in tight fit with the two bottom edges, and a U-shaped keel is arranged on the lower portion of the vertical plate; an opening of the U-shaped keel is downward, and a side buckling strip is arranged at the lower end of the U-shaped keel in a matched manner; and the side buckling strip is connected with a flexible film. The fixed keel is fixedly mounted on a wall, and the U-shaped keel is matched with the fixed keel in an inserted-connection manner through the vertical plate; and the vertical plate is clamped by the two bottom edges, and in the mounting process, the vertical plate is directly inserted into the fixed keel. In the dismounting process, the U-shaped keel and structures like the flexible film mounted on the upper portion of the U-shaped keel can be taken down through small force; the ceiling can be convenient to dismount and mount, and the flexible film cannot be damaged; and the ceiling can be repeatedly used, so that the decoration cost is reduced, and materials are saved.
