Rod-shaped connected composite self-insulating building block and production method thereof
The invention discloses a rod-shaped connected composite self-insulating building block and a production method thereof, which are characterized in that the building block is composed of an outer concrete slab and a middle foam concrete slab, wherein the outer concrete slab is prepared from cement, fine aggregates, fly ash, fiber-yarns and water by blending, the middle foam concrete slab is formed by cutting a large-sized plate prepared from cement, fly ash, light aggregates, a foamed foaming agent and water by blending, and the middle of the middle foam concrete slab is provided with a through hole. The production method of the building block comprises the following steps: preparing a large-sized foam concrete plate, cutting the large-sized plate according to a design size, and arranging a through hole on the large-sized plate; casting a bottom concrete slab in a building block mold; putting a foam concrete slab on a baseplate, filling concrete in the through hole, and casting a top concrete slab; and demoulding the building block, carrying out piled maintenance on the building block, and laying the building block. By using the method, foam concrete and the outer concrete slab are closely attached, so that the thermal insulation properties of the building block are improved; and the building block has the advantages of light weight, energy conservation and environmental friendliness.
