Refractory glass
The invention discloses refractory glass which comprises a frame and a glass body clamped in the frame, wherein the glass body comprises two layers of tempered glass plates positioned on an outer side; at least two transition glass layers are clamped between the two layers of tempered glass plates; gaps are formed between the two layers of tempered glass plates and the transition glass layers adjacent to the two layers of tempered glass plates and between the adjacent transition glass layers; the gaps are all filled with fireproof liquor; the frame is prepared from aluminum alloy; a U-shaped groove is formed in an inner edge of the frame; an edge part of the glass body is clamped in the U-shaped groove; a space between the U-shaped groove and the glass body is filled with rock wool; the edges of the gaps are sealed with refractory mortar clamped between the tempered glass plates and the transition glass layers adjacent to the tempered glass plates and between the adjacent transition glass layers; parts, contacted with the refractory mortar, of the tempered glass plates or the transition glass plates are subjected to chemical frosting treatment. The refractory glass has the advantage of relatively excellent comprehensive performance.
