The invention relates to an eave column for a log cabin. The eave column contains a metal column body and is characterized in that the bottom of the metal column body is provided with a regulating mechanism which is connected with a positioning pedestal. Meanwhile, the positioning pedestal is provided with a connecting nail; the top of the metal column body is provided with a support column; and a connecting nail is arranged on the support column. Thus, an eave which extends out of a log cabin can be supported through the metal column body, satisfying supporting needs of single-storage buildings and composite buildings. Meanwhile, the eave column has excellent fastness, can resist accidental friction and slight collision by vehicles and can be suitable for supporting the log cabin's eave which extends to the road to raise safety. In addition, due to existence of a decorative layer, the eave column can adapt to decorative styles of log cabins with different appearances. Thus, adaptability is raised. Furthermore, as the regulating mechanism is adopted, effective fine tuning is carried out during installation so as to guarantee connection tightness and stability of the whole body.
