The invention discloses a heating floor tile paved on an indoor floor. The heating floor tile is of a floor tile profile molded from a high-temperature-resistant composite ceramic material by heating under high pressure. The heating floor tile is characterized in that a far infrared heating bar inner hole is reserved inside the floor tile profile molded from the high-temperature-resistant composite ceramic material by heating under high pressure; a heating bar made of a far infrared thermal radiation heating material is arranged in the far infrared heating bar inner hole; the two ends of each floor tile molded from the high-temperature-resistant composite ceramic material by heating under high pressure are provided with a power supply connection slot respectively for connecting a power supply; a required temperature at the starting end of the power supply is controlled and adjusted though a temperature controller; the temperature controller at the starting end of the power supply is connected by means of a power supply connecting line. The heating floor tile has the advantages that an indoor ground heating floor tile warming product has the advantages of high safety, easiness and convenience in installation and use, reusability and long service life being up to 30 years; the floor tile warming product is low in manufacturing cost, is easy for investment and production, has a wide application range, is consistent with the safety standard of national energy-saving warming equipment, contributes to environmental protection and energy saving, and has multiple functions.
