The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly floor which comprises a solid wood single board surface layer and a solid-wood single board bottom layer. A formaldehyde-free straw particle board core layer is disposed between the solid wood single board surface layer and the solid-wood single board bottom layer. A first balance layer is disposed between the surface layer and core layer. A second balance layer is disposed between the core layer and the bottom layer. The novel environment-friendly floor has the advantages that the solid wood single board surface layer and the solid-wood single board bottom layer have the visual sense of clear texture of solid floors and good sound insulation effect, timber use amount can be reduced greatly by using the formaldehyde-free straw particle board core layer, and forest resource protection is benefited.
