The invention discloses an adjustable wall body positioning device which comprises two parallel supporting columns and a supporting plate erected on the supporting columns, wherein a telescopic shaft sleeve is arranged on each supporting column; the supporting columns freely rise up and fall in the telescopic shaft sleeves; a pressing plate is arranged at each of the upper end and the lower end of each supporting column and is fixed by an upper bolt and a lower bolt; infrared positioning devices are mounted on the pressing plates; all wires of the infrared positioning devices are arranged in the supporting columns and are connected with a controller. Construction of a wall body is facilitated by the infrared positioning devices, so that the accuracy of the wall body is guaranteed, and the construction is convenient and quick.
