The invention discloses a leveling positioning mechanism of a stereo garage. The leveling positioning mechanism comprises positioning supports, leveling bolts and a driving mechanism, wherein the positioning supports are correspondingly and fixedly arranged at parking spaces of each layer in a shaft; the leveling bolts are arranged on a carrier, and are used for being inserted into all the positioning supports for positioning; the driving mechanism is arranged on the carrier and is used for driving the leveling bolts; the leveling positioning mechanism is also provided with a synchronous turnplate; the revolving shaft of the synchronous turnplate is linked with the driving mechanism; arc-shaped grooves for guiding the leveling bolts to do reciprocating motion are formed in the synchronous turnplate; each leveling bolt is provided with a guide head matched with the corresponding arc-shaped groove. According to the leveling positioning mechanism disclosed by the invention, the synchronous turnplate is driven by a motor, and meanwhile, the synchronous turnplate is matched with the positioning supports, so the time is short, and the precision is high; meanwhile, as each leveling bolt is fixedly provided with a roller, the condition that the leveling bolts cannot be jacked in place or are jammed due to the fact that the stop position of an elevator mechanism is inaccurate is remedied.
