The invention discloses a door and frame member with an adjustable gap. The door and frame member is characterized in that a door body with a mechanical adjusting mechanism is connected through a concealed connecting arm and is linked with a door frame with a suspension machine adjuster, wherein a left-right gap adjustment function is achieved when the suspension machine connecting arm is connected with the mechanical adjusting mechanism assembled with the door body; after the concealed connecting arm is linked to the concealed adjuster assembled with the door frame, an up-down gap adjustment function is achieved; when the door body is matched with the left-right gap in the door frame, only a loose/tight mechanical adjusting mechanism is required to control an adjusting bolt of the concealed connecting arm; the concealed connecting arm and the mechanical adjusting mechanism form telescopic adjustment, and the door body is driven to adjust transversely in the door frame until the left-right gap is proper; when the up-down gap of the door body in the door frame is adjusted, only the adjusting bolt for controlling up-down movement of the concealed connecting arm of the concealed adjuster is required to be loosened or tightened, and the concealed connecting arm drives the door body to vertically adjust in the door frame until the up-down gap is proper.
