The invention relates to a coiling lifting type lifter with a spring buffer gear. The lifter comprises a driving mechanism, a lifter bracket and a lifter base. The lifter is characterized in that the lifter bracket is a rectangular stripe tube body, a gap is longitudinally arranged on the side wall of the tube body to form a slide rail, a rectangular strap guide slot is formed on the inner wall of the tube body of the lifter bracket, a strap is arranged in the strap guide slot, the upper end of the strap is coiled at the upper end of the lifter bracket and is arranged on a winding wheel on the lifer base, and the lower end of the strap is fixedly connected with a slide block which is locked in a slide rail; a winding wheel shaft is connected with the driving mechanism. The lifter provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the window glass is coiled and pulled upward by virtue of a coiling wheel at the upper end of the strap, so that the tooth belt is prevented from being bended and deformed due to a promoting force of the toothed belt lifter; the lifter has the defects of great abrasion, easy stagnation, high failure rate and short service life; the driving gear is the buffer gear which has a protective effect on the gear, so that the service life of the lifter is prolonged.
